States.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of your product order.
You will receive a confirmation email after your product has been shipped.
Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping usually takes 3-7
business days.
We offer low cost shipping on unique and hard to find puppy and dog products.

PUPPY ORDERS:
House of Pets does NOT ship puppies using any third party courier service. Your
puppy will be in our care until he/she is delivered to your door. We offer our
TRANS-PET-ATION delivery service only to selected southern California counties.

If you buy a puppy on HouseofPets.com, we will add any product you order on to
the TRANS-PET-ATION delivery vehicle at no additional charge. Regular
